The Center for Geospatial Information Science will host the 2016 GeoVoCamp from November 29 - December 1.
The GeoVoCamp is a hands-on, "unconference" where teams spend some dedicated time creating lightweight vocabularies/ontologies for project use including publication on Semantic Web. There are a number of great topics lined up for this meeting and we invite those with interest in the subject matter to attend.
This GeoVoCamp will consider a number of topics including
▪ Topography-focused topic - e.g., basic terrain primitives, slope, slope length, shape, curvature
▪ A light weight part-whole pattern for use with 3-D patterns and such standards as CityML
