Julia Bell completed her Masters in the Department of Geographical Sciences under Dr. Kathleen Stewart. After graduating in May 2018, Bell will be moving from academics to industry as she takes on a position as a solutions engineer at ESRI. The position involves helping to shape strategies on the effective adoption and use of the ArcGIS platform, as well as helping customers (she'll be working with DoD customers) to take advantage of geoanalysis to find unique patterns, trends, and hidden solutions with complex defense and intelligence problems.
