The Office of International and Executive programs (OIEP) hosted a welcome luncheon ceremony on Aug. 30 in STAMP for the current Criminology and Criminal Justice (CCJS) and GEOG MS GIS joint programs with Nanjing Normal University.
The event was attended by leadership and support staff from the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences (BSOS) and International and Student Scholar Services (ISSS), including Roberto Patricio Korzeniewicz, Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs; and Jack Ma, Program Director, MS GIS; and featuring speakers Michael Dravis, OIEP's Planning and Communications Manager, who presented the welcoming remarks; Susan Rivera, Dean of BSOS; Jean McGloin, BSOS Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Education, Chairs of the CCJS and GEOG departments, Rod Brunson and Tatiana Loboda, respectively; Susan-Ellis Dougherty, Director of ISSS; Mengxue Li, BSOS Principal Dean for International Affairs, as well as several student speakers including MS GIS student Jiaxin Li.
